6 Keys to Unlocking What’s Inside of You.

If you are ready to level up, here are 6 keys to make that happen.

Reflection: We must reflect on where we are, where we desire to be and how far we’ve come along. Don’t spend time reflecting on what you’ve done bad; except you are reflecting on the lessons you have learned from it. Reflecting on the positive things about ourselves will grow our self-worth, confidence and self-esteem. Reflecting also helps to evaluate the day and make changes to be better the next.

Repression: When it comes to our desires, we have two options; we can either manifest them or restrain them. We have to make that decision to no longer suppress our dreams and desires. It’s time to let it all out. Write it down! Share with loved ones. Don’t keep it all to yourself. Your desires deserve to be reality.

Forgiveness: Forgive yourself for not accomplishing the things you wish you had. Let go of the resentment you have for not having the things you truly desire. Forgive yourself for the things you did in the past that you are not so proud of. Forgive yourself for where you are right now if you feel like you should have been further along. Tell yourself “I’m doing just fine.” Forgive yourself and those around you who have put mental barriers in your path. Forgiveness will set us free. Reclaim the energy that belongs to you.

Chakra healing: Healing our chakras allows us to unblock the things we never knew were holding us back. Start from the root chakra, working your way up to the crown.

Community: Create or tap into a community that can support where you are. Tap into a community of people who are working on the same things you are working on, who believe what you believe and who have the information you are looking for. Be willing to be the student in the room. Be willing to learn. Also, tap into a community you can contribute to, that you can pour into. Don’t be an energy vampire.

Accountability: If you are serious about wanting to level up, write down your goals. Keep yourself accountable to your goals. Find those people who are able to keep you accountable. Do what you need to do to get to where you desire to be.
